I have received a letter from the Marketplace requesting income documentation, citizenship documentation etc, and I think it was already submitted and/or I am not sure what to do.?

You don’t need to do anything! We handle all marketplace documentation needs. Often the marketplace sends multiple letters about the same thing. We will reach out to you if we need additional documentation.

I need my 1095-A for tax purposes. How can I get it?

The health insurance marketplace mails 1095A forms to households in early February. If you require your 1095A sooner, we will email you your 1095A upon written email request. 1095A’s are emailed on each business Monday. We do not mail 1095A forms. If you need your 1095A sooner than the above, please call the health insurance marketplace at 1-800-318-2596.

I need to pay my Health Insurance Premium. How can I do it?

We can make premium payments on your behalf on each business Monday. If you need to make your premium payment sooner than that, please refer to our resources tab and easily make the premium payment yourself directly to the insurance carrier.

I need help finding a doctor / hospital / pharmacy in-network with my Health Insurance or Medicare Plan. How can I do that ?

It’s highly recommended that you can an online registration with your insurance carrier so that you can actively manage your account. Most carriers have an app that you can download on your phone as well. Refer to our resources tab for shortcuts to each carrier’s website and provider directory.

I have recently enrolled and need a copy of my Health Insurance or Medicare ID Card. How do I get that?

Expect it to take 8-10 business days to receive your welcome kit and ID cards in the mail (after making your premium payment if you have a premium due). Notwithstanding a medical emergency, we can generate and email ID cards each business Monday (assuming they are available on the carrier portal). It is highly recommended that you do an online registration with your insurance carrier so that you can actively manage your account. Most carriers have an app that you can add to your phone as well. Refer to our resources tab for shortcuts to each carrier’s website and provider directory.

I have a Humana Employer Group Plan and need a copy of my ID Card for my Dental and/or Vision Coverage. How do I get that?

We can email digital ID cards for Humana dental and vision coverage each business Monday. If you require your ID card sooner, please speak with your human resources department. They will also have access to your ID cards.

I have a claim or benefit question about my Health Insurance, Medicare, or other coverage. How do I get answers?

We will always do our best to answer your benefit or claim questions accurately. Please understand that ultimately it is the insurance carrier that makes the decision on benefits, claims, and policy language. It is always best to start with the member services phone number on your ID card for questions.

I need to report an income change, addition or deletion of a spouse or dependent, or I am moving to a new address. What do I do?

We handle all such changes for you! Please email us the exact details of the income estimate change, the household change, or the address change, and we will email you back with all of the options for your coverage changes. Please be specific in your email about the changes.
